Please ensure you pick up your order within 2 weeks from the purchase date. If an appointment is not scheduled, our Ecouarium Ltd. Support Team will send you reminders but after 2 weeks from the purchase date if your order is not picked up, it will be cancelled with a 50% refund provided to cover credit card fees and administration costs. We will not hold plants for more than 2 weeks from date of purchase.
